The past few years we have had some incredible fishing in New England during the fall migration . The plan that we have had has been to leave the project skiff at my parents house which is about 130 miles south of where we live and take advantage of the red hot bite as the fish move on South. One weekend I was rushing to get back home ,left everything on, and killed the batteries. We arrived the following week to find the boat dead, so we switched gears, determined to adapt and overcome. We ere able to borrow my parents little boat and accidentally proved that you don’t need much of a boat to get out and have some fun on the water.
The False Albacore puts up an outstanding fight with multiple runs, our 3000 series reel’s line capacity was put to the test.
